So grab your icing bags and get ready to channel your inner artist as we bring this groovy Easter chick to life! Let's get decorating and spread some Easter joy with style! 🐥🕶️🌸

For this particular cookie design, here are the supplies you'll need:

Icing Consistencies & Colors

  1. Flood -yellow and pink
  2. Detail - yellow, orange, pink and black

Now, let's dive into the steps:

  1. Using your edible marker, draw the sunglasses area onto the cookie. Also add a line separating the leg from where the feet will be AND a line separating the head from the body.
  2. Using your black detail icing, squirt a dime size blog where the black part of the sunglasses will be. Use a paint brush and spread over the area - it's okay if you go outside of the lines a little because you will ice around this area.
  3. Using the yellow detail icing outline the head of the chic and around the outside of the sunglasses
  4. Flood this area with yellow flood icing
  5. Set aside and let the icing crust over - in front a small fan on low if possible
  6. Using the yellow detail icing, outline the bottom of the chic (remember to not outline the foot area)
  7.  Using yellow flood, flood this area - remember to use your scribe to settle the icing and fill in all gaps
  8. Using pink detail icing, outline the area around the black part of the sunglasses
  9. Using pink flood, flood the pink sunglasses area - use your scribe to fill gaps
  10. Set aside and let the flood icing crust over (about 30 minutes)
  11. Using orange detail, add the beak
  12. Using orange detail, add the feet
  13. Let the cookie dry for several hours, then using your brown edible marker, add the feather details

That's it! Allow the cookie to dry for 24 hours, and it'll be ready to go. Wishing you the best of luck on your decorating journey, and I can't wait to see your beautiful creations!
